Job Introduction

Working in all areas of the depot, the role of a General Assistant is a busy supporting role to all depot functions; providing support to our logistics, transport, customer service and engineering, you are key part in making sure our store runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be working both independently and directly with other colleagues in any area of the depot. This can include deliveries and collections, assisting with vehicle loading/unloading, electrical testing of our equipment, stock control and serving customers at store front. We work proudly with a team culture, so adaptability and communication is key. Most importantly, ensuring a safe environment for your colleagues and customers is major factor in this role.
