We are currently seeking a Hire Controller to join our team in Tamworth. This role is a key part of our depot operations, acting as the front line of customer service and sales support. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the complete hire process – from initial enquiry to final collection – ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams

  • Manage the full hire cycle, including order processing, scheduling deliveries and collections

  • Liaise with stock teams, drivers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely fulfilment

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and organisation

  • Operate in a desk-based environment with frequent cross-functional coordination

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Previous experience in the hire industry or a similar operational or sales environment is desirable
