We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Hire Controller to join our Powered Access team in Ossett.

What you'll be doing

• Managing customer enquiries and hire orders from start to finish.

• Coordinating equipment deliveries, collections and availability.

• Building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

• Working closely with drivers, engineers and depot teams to keep operations running smoothly.

• Delivering excellent customer service and supporting depot performance.

What we're looking for

• Experience in hire, sales, customer service or a similar operational role.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive, positive attitude and a great team player.

• Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.

Powered Access experience is a bonus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
