Job Introduction

We are keen to recruit a Temp Training Administrator for the Speedy External training, whose key responsibilities will lie in the provision of administrative support and query resolution for internal departments in order to arrange suitable training . You will have strong communication skills and be customer service orientated, while maintaining an eye for detail when making training arrangements.

Main Responsibilities

As a Temp Training Administrator within the external training team,  you’ll be the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.

Temp Training Administrator within Speedy, will build strong relationships with Speedy's existing customers and well as Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new clients. You also need to develop strong relationships with other parts of the business and use every part of your skill and experience to ensure our customers are happy.
